What is the Amare Satisfaction Guarantee?

Amare Global offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 90 days from the date of purchase, excluding shipping charges. If you are dissatisfied with any Amare Global product, you may return the unused portion in its original container and packaging (or the empty product container) within 90 days for a replacement, exchange, or a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs).

How Many Days Do I Have to Return?

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return any product. Returns after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

What is Needed to Make a Return?

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Amare Global by contacting Customer Support.
  2. Complete and submit the Request Return Form.
  3. Include a copy of the invoice with your return. The invoice must reference your Amare Global Partner Number, the order number, and the RMA, and include the reason for the return.
  4. Return orders must be received within 14 business days from the date the RMA was issued.

Where Do I Ship My Return Products?

Ship returns to the address provided by Amare Global Customer Support when you are issued the RMA. Products must be shipped back in the manufacturer’s box exactly as delivered. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer or Brand Partner.

Am I Able to Return Items Purchased Through a 3rd Party Website or From a Brand Partner’s Personal Inventory?

Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from Amare Global’s corporate and replicated websites. Brand Partners who sell products from their personal inventory must honor refund and return requests made by their customers within 90 days of purchase.

Can I Return Items Within a Product Pack?

Products purchased as part of a pack must be returned as the entire pack.

Do I Need a Receipt for My Purchase?

Yes, please provide a copy of the invoice with the returned products or service.

Is My Membership Fee Refundable?

Annual Membership fees are not refundable except as required by applicable law in certain jurisdictions. Please refer to the Policy Manual for exceptions applicable to your jurisdiction.

When Should I Expect My Refund?

Refunds may take up to 14 days from the date of receipt to process.

Product Credits and Amare Credits cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash value.
